Hoyo de Lino Antequera - La Higuera by Ruralidays

Cottage located in Villanueva de la Concepcion, a town of Antequera, Malaga, Andalusia. He is accompanied by olives, almonds, and other species of flora typical Mediterranean.

Predominate stone, clay, wood furniture different finishes, which in turn help to regulate the temperature of the house. Tillage materials come to give the finishing touch to define it the traditional rustic style of the area.

The cottage has a living room with fireplace, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar shaped arc. It has also two bedrooms. One with double bed with bathroom with shower en suite and the other bedroom with two single beds. You can add two extra beds for children. The cottage is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, fans, satellite TV, WIFI, cot on request, etc.

Outside is the swimming pool, garden, barbecue and outdoor dining area to park up to 3 cars. From the terrace you will enjoy great views of the Valley Brook Backbone and Golf House.

The owner will be happy to share with you, organic garden products so lovingly caring.

The access to the house is paved, only the last 40 meters are dirt, characterized by curves and slopes.

Adresse parfaite pour se reposer, dans un écrin au milieu des oliviers... idéal en famille. La piscine en rentrant des visites, est grandement appréciée ! Située non loin del Torcal,massif montagneux où l'on peut randonner, la maison est également située ds un carrefour entre Cordoue/ Grenade et Malaga...il ne faut tt de même pas avoir peur de faire un peu de route chaque jour.Belle adresse.
