Pullman Anshan

Great work from Selina and mitigate the situation of tiles falling from the bath room. Breakfast is cold and staff are unfriendly without any greeting. We are expecting better service from a 5 star hotel.

An oasis!

This hotel is truly an oasis! The rooms are well equipped, the beds are super comfortable (unlike many of the rock hard beds at other hotels in China). But the highlight has to be the food. A phenomenal assortment of food at every meal and very reasonably priced. You can’t go wrong staying here!

great hotel

we were in the second of three tiers of quality, so bear that in mind. yes we enjoyed every aspect of this hotel... cannot fault it. northern view great from our spacious room. breakfast great. Pool... be aware china has idiotic rule about wearing hats (!!!) (weird) in a pool at every hotel ... so buy a cheapo loose fit one beforehand...or you'll be paying 100 instead of 10

A bit disappointed

The on-line reviews were all good and nice, but in fact the Hotel is a bit old and run down. The rooms have a bit of a musty feeling to them, and the whole hotel looks like in need of a redecoration. As it happens to often in China, you are disappointed with what reality is in comparison to descriptions and pictures on-line. I would give this hotel no more than 3 stars. There are newer and much better hotels in the area, especially at this price.

Excellent Hotel

If you are an American traveling to Anshan, this is the only hotel to stay. It is a lifesaver. The American food was over the top, the best American food I experienced in China. Fantastic rack of lamb and filet mignon. They have a French restaurant open by appointment only. World class wine list (French). The hotel is only recently opened. Everything is sparkling new. The staff is very well trained and bi-lingual. It's hard to say enough good things about this hotel. I very highly recomend!

Outstanding Hotel

I was very satisfied with everything. Talking with Michael was a plus, for he took the time to show me the hotel. The computer was available in English, which was a plus for me. Yuki seemed to be on the counter when I checked in and out--very helpful all of the time.

Only choice for business travelers

The only one selection for business travelers who need to stay in Anshan, I stayed this hotel for 3 times and everything is acceptable. Breakfast was okay and they have offered some western style dishes for breakfast.
