The room has a king size bed 180x200 cm and a sofa bed. You can enjoy the large balcony of the apartment after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, very high speed wifi (fiber connection), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay: - Nespresso coffee machine, - squeegeer - dishwasher - safe - Board games; - umbrella bed & baby mattress
The bathroom is equipped with a large bath, washing machine and toilet.

All about the view
The terrace in apartment on a sunny day is worth any of the small issues. There was no bathroom soap, there is a loud nightclub right behind the building, the door lock was tricky….all minor things. The location was beyond perfect and view terrace was spectacular with the view of the rooftops and the mountains. Bring ear plugs for the annoying techno music that occurs from 10-2am every night.
The apartment itself is lovely, well located, not far from the lake and with lovely views towards the Church of Notre Dame de Liesse. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The whole thing is compromised, however, by the bar on the ground floor. The bar is open until 2am and seems to be staffed, run and patronised by people who have no consideration for others with lots of loud music at varying volumes and shouting outside the bar. This was the case for 5 out of the 7 nights we stayed. I’m not sure how the other residents in the building put up with this but good luck to them. Without the issue with the bar, I would be glad to stay here again and recommend it to anyone. With the bar, I would neither recommend nor rebook. A real shame.

Good location but small and v over priced for 2
The pros;
- very central and easy to access old Annecy
- good view
The cons;
- it is v small - I don’t know how 4 people could fit in any comfort at all
- the flat has ok decor but the block itself is not well maintained. The corridor the flat is on is in poor repair and when we were there a pile of vomit was left in the central hallway for 24 hours. Note also a tiny narrow lift.
- it you come in summer it is very hot but location of nightclub next door means it is noisy if you open the windows in the evening before 2am (note noisy buses in street outside too)
- shower is in bath and not easy to access and could be dangerous
- collecting keys from agency is inconvenient. Why no key box?
- overall for the price we paid, we could have stayed in far more comfort in a hotel
badly maintained and dirty block
Check in is too hard, have to contact someone via phone after landing from 20 hours in the air, meet them on site, get key. It would be so much easier to have it all settled before departing.

Actual apartment was comfortable, clean and we'll appointed. The lift not working on the day we arrived, and carrying all our luggage up four flights was an unenjoyable start (unusually hot day and no a/c . . . Location was convenient to lake activities and old town shopping, but panhandlers and a chap with his dog and all his worldly goods sleeping one doorway away made evening strolls uncomfortable. The road out front is a major bus route and thus wine on the balcony is a bit noisy, but really not too bad. Lake Annecy is beautiful, but the town is dirty. Saw more homeless in 2 days than in a week of Paris sightseeing.
The property was as described and located within walking distance of many town center amenities. The managing office is a quick 3-minute walk from the property and the staff are very helpful. A wonderful bright property with excellent views.

Perfect location
This property was well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (including a bottle of wine :)) but the balcony is definitely the star here! The view cannot be beat and it’s the perfect place to sit with a drink or even a meal, if you feel like cooking in. The bed is very comfortable and shower works well. There is an oscillating fan in the bedroom but if you’re naturally a hot person you’ll probably want to leave the windows open as well. Overall excellent place in Annecy and we definitely recommend.

Emplacement parfait, situé en plein centre et à quelques pas du lac. Tous se fait a pieds ou en vélo, le seul hic c’est que c’est assez bruyant (bar, musique et fêtards) mais c’est les aléas de l’hyper-centre... sinon l’appartement est tout confort, conforme à l’annonce et on ne se lasse pas de la jolie vue depuis le balcon!
