Large bright and romantic studio in the historic center

Halfway between the F1 and the studio, this 30m² apartment will charm you with the cachet brought by the exposed beams, the Japanese straw, the whitewash of the walls and its magnificent parquet floor. It is composed of :
A pretty kitchenette independent of the main room fully equipped with fridge, traditional oven combined with microwave, electric hob
A small corridor leading to the main room with on one side a bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hair dryer, on the other side of the small corridor: the toilets
A main room separated from the rest of the apartment by a double glazed French door with a very comfortable quality queen bed (160 x 200) and a pretty dining area.
High speed WIFI internet access: FIBER
TV, Nespresso coffee machine (in addition to the traditional filter coffee maker), intercom complete the package for your greatest comfort

The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street. The lake is close by. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll along the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month. In addition to all this, water activities (beach, swimming, boating) and numerous hikes in the surrounding mountains will keep your leisure time occupied.

It's in a fabulous spot, Annecy is lovely. But we just happen to arrive in a heat wave & there was no air-conditioning so it was hot & we found it hard to sleep. We also missed the notice on the listing of 62 stairs up to the room & with 2 large heavy bags & being in our 60s, it wasn't easy to traverse the upper stairs.

Delightful hosts, delightful Annecy

Dominique and Pascal could not have been any more accommodating! The apartment was very clean and cozy. with a perfect location. Her book of directions was in both French and English which saved us translation!We would have stayed longer.Only one caution…..the 3.5 flights of stairs would be a challenge for anyone with a health issue. It added “steps” to our fitness app!

A great stay

The apartment was exactly as described and it was great. Fantastic location and had everything. As I was there in summer it was warm, however you could open up the windows and cool the space down. The stairs were fine - it’s a very old building and it added character.
