Situé dans un immeuble de prestige du centre ville, ce superbe appartement est la garantie d’un séjour réussi à Annecy, grâce à un emplacement de choix, à deux pas de la vielle ville, de Bonlieu et du Paquier. Vous rejoindrez la Vieille Ville à pied en quelques minutes, pour savourer un dîner au bord des canaux, flâner sur le marché ou simplement admirer la beauté des paysages.

Les trois chambres, dont les lits sont composés en un couchage double ( lit queen size ) , se trouvent à l’arrière de l’appartement, et possèdent toutes leur propre écran de télévision et leur dressing. Il y a également une salle de douche, une salle de bains et un cabinet de toilettes indépendant.

Le vaste salon cuisine s’étend sur toute la longueur de l’appartement, où de larges vitres offrent une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes qui l’entourent.
