The chalet is lovingly furnished and meets the highest standards in terms of amenities, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a very large, beautiful 180-degree panoramic fireplace.
The chalet offers sleeping space for up to 9 people, with 3 bedrooms: 2 with large double beds, and 1 with 2 bunk beds, one of which has a lower bunk suitable for 2 people. The kitchen, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and other appliances, meets the highest expectations. A magnificent gas fireplace is also available, keeping the living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, cozy and warm. The inviting dining room seats up to 10 people. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower, and one with an extra-wide bathtub/shower. The large terrace extends along two sides of the house and enchants with a 180° panoramic view over the Lammertal valley, the mountains, and the Bischofsmütze.
With one of the largest plots in Alpendorf, our chalet sits on a small hill, offering the possibility to go sledding directly from the front door—though only for experienced sledders due to the steep slope.
IN SUMMER:
A beautiful outdoor pool in Annaberg, numerous hiking opportunities, a toboggan run, horseback riding, and more make it a dream vacation not only in spring and summer, but also in autumn.

Great place to stay with kids and dogs

Cozy and welcoming. Has everything you need. Pool and sauna close by and a big plus. A little tight to get to the car unloading space in front of the house with the car, parking lot is a few minutes walking distance (up/downhill). Not suitable if you have mobility issues (steps to and in the house).

Discovery of Dachstein

this chalet has an unobstructed, absolutely magnificent view of the Dachstein peaks. We easily forget the presence of other chalets nearby. All the necessary equipment is there, and it is skilfully designed so that the rest, dining and relaxation areas each have their own autonomy. We discovered this chalet this summer. I imagine it must be great to come and ski there. Many thanks to Espen.

Ce fut des vacances très agréable Le chalet est grand et très joli. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très agréables. Effectivement juste prendre en compte qu'il faut mettre la voiture en bas et sur une place pas tres grande mais heureusement on avait de la place car le village de vacances n'etait pas plein.

Wunderschöner Familienurlazb in den Bergen

Schönes Häuschen in toller Lage. Herrlicher Blick auf die Berge von der Terasse aus. Mitten im wunderschönen Wandergebiet. Alles wie beschrieben. Das war echt schön.1 Stern weniger aus folgenden Gründen 4 Handtücher für 3 Peronen für eine Woche, die täglich bei Sommerwetter wandern ist zu wenig. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre eine deutliche Verbesserung. Die Terrase liegt auf der Sonnenseite und frühstücken ist nur eine begrenzte Zeit möglich, bevor die Butter flüssig ist. Alles in allem aber ein toller Urlaub. Würden gerne Wiederkommen.

Gemütlich und rustikal

In Blickweite zur Talstation und mit Möglichkeit aus dem Alpendorf direkt in die Piste zu starten, liegt das Haus wirklich schön am Wald.Parkplätze gibt es leider nur einen pro Haus, wobei dieser unterhalb des Hauses liegt ohne Treppe und man ihn erst einmal finden muss. Weitere Parkplätze sind einen guten Fußmarsch entfernt verfügbar. Insgesamt sollte man in dem Alpendorf gut zu Fuß sein.Das Schwimmbad im Rezeptionsgebäude ist klein, aber sauber. Abends natürlich sehr voll.Das Ferienhaus liegt am hinteren Ende des Alpendorfs. Sehr gemütlich, mit Gasheizung zu heizen - das ist etwas kniffelig, funktioniert dann aber sehr gut. Es ist alles da und sauber. Die Terrasse liegt bis zum Mittag in der Sonne und es gibt Stühle und Polster für draußen.Der nächste Supermarkt ist einige Autominuten entfernt. Wichtige Dinge gibt es im Lädchen bei der Rezeption.Für einen echten Skiurlaub liegt es mittlerweile vermutlich zu niedrig, wenn es nicht gerade sehr kalt ist, aber es war trotzdem schön und sicherlich auch gut zum Wandern im Sommer, da die Wege drumherum sehr gemäßigt aussahen.Wir hatten schöne Tage zu sechst.

Schöne Lage, hübsches Haus, aber mit Problemen

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Gasofen im Wohnzimmer sehr angenehm und der Blick auf die Berge wunderschön. Aber es gibt einiges, das man verbessern könnte. Hier ein paar Vorschläge: Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr unangenehm und es gab nicht einmal eine Information, wo sich der zum Haus gehörige Parkplatz befindet. Wir haben ihn erst nach zwei Tagen zufällig entdeckt, da er nicht an der Zufahrtsstraße liegt und nur schwer vom Haus aus zu erreichen ist. Ein Weg mit Stufen dorthin wäre sehr hilfreich.Insgesamt hätten wir gerne etwas mehr Information bekommen, z.B. wie die Mülltrennung sein soll und wo passende Müllcontainer sind; oder wie man am besten zur Piste kommt, etc.Leider gibt es keinen Raum, in dem man Schischuhe oder nasse Kleidung trocknen kann. Das Vorzimmer ist nicht geheizt.In den Schlafzimmern gibt es kaum Ablageflächen. Ein oder zwei Klapptische, mehr Regalbretter und Haken wären hilfreich. Insgesamt haben wir trotzdem eine schöne Woche verbracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Unterkunft war sauber und schön, mit dem Gasherd sehr idyllisch; leider aber seeeehr hellhörig, mit Kleinkind nicht so toll, Lage okay wenn man gerne weg vom Schuss ist; wenn man allerdings gerne vom Haus mit Ski wegfahren möchte und von der Piste wieder retour, dann ist das Apartment leider nicht geeignet; was mich persönlich sehr gestört hat ist, dass das Pool und Sauna eine Mittagspause macht, das heißt geschlossen von 11:30 - 15:00 Uhr!

Es war wirklich ganz herrvorragend! Einziger Mangel war die Personenanzahl....wir waren mit 6 Erachsenen und 3 Jugendlichen dort..Schlafimmer sind mega klein..Platz für einen Koffer aufzumachen...mini Schrank...hier wären 6 Pesonen besser aufgehoben...aber ansonsten echt top! Jederzeit wieder!

Optimal gelegen zum Skifahren oder Wandern

Gemütliches Häuschen mit allem was man für die Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Nähe zur Ski-Piste, und zu diversen Wanderwegen ist klasse. Auch die Nutzung von Pool und Sauna, ist gerade mit Kindern nicht zu verachten. Schön wäre es wenn noch ein zweiter Parkplatz vorhanden wäre, aber der Weg zum allgemeinen Parkplatz ist auch nicht die“Welt „. Alles in allem ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder.

idyllisch, aber bei viel Schnee anstrengend

Das schöne Holzhaus liegt in einem Ensemble von mehreren gleichartigen Häusern. Es ist eine sehr schöne ruhige Gegend. Der Blick in die Berge atemberaubend. Wir hatten viel Schnee, die Piste war zu Fuß und auf Ski erreichbar. Im Alpendorf wurde der Schnee erst spät am Tag oder gar nicht geräumt. Um bis zum Haus zu fahren, brauchten wir Schneeketten. Man kann kurz am Haus zum Be- und Entladen halten. Parken mussten wir dann weiter unten. Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit allem ausgestattet , was wir brauchten. Der Gaskamin ging etwas schwer an, wurde dann repariert und hat eine schöne Wärme abgegeben. Im Alpendorf kann man Sauna und Schwimmbad benutzen. Diese sind aber leider nur bis 18:30 geöffnet und ziemlich voll.

Gemütliches Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht, aber kleineren Mängeln.

Wir (2 erwachsene und 4 jugendliche Skifahrer) haben uns im Haus insgesamt wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Aussicht auf das Tal und die gegenüberliegende Bergkette sind fantastisch! Das ganze Feriendorf wirkt architektonisch ansprechend und gepflegt, die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung von Schwimmbad, Sauna und eines Mini-Shops bei der Rezeption haben wir gern genutzt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Holzhauses ist gut, einige Dinge sind aber etwas vernachlässigt: hakelig schließende Kühlschranktür und (deshalb?) total vereister Kühlschrank, defektes Kühlschranklicht, klebrige Tischlackierung (unbrauchbar für Kartenspiele!). Der als Highlight des Hauses beworbene Gasofen war defekt, was offenbar bekannt war, aber uns nach etlichen Startversuchen erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt wurde. Wir haben auch einen Mehrfachstecker mit zerbrochenem Kippschalter reklamiert (Stromschlaggefahr?), aber hierauf wurde gar nicht reagiert .... Etwas problematisch ist auch die Parkplatz-Situation - woran der Vermieter sicherlich keine Schuld trägt. Der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz ist für Fahrzeuge >4m viel zu klein, wenn nicht der Parknachbar auf ein Stück seines Parkplatzes verzichtet. Insgesamt haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, würden aber beim nächsten Mal versuchen, innerhalb des Feriendorfes ein anderes Haus zu bekommen.

Sehr schöne Lage

Es war eine sehr gemütliche Hütte mit super Aussicht auf das Tal und Berge. Mit dem Auto parkt man nicht direkt davor, man kann aber zum ausladen kurz vor der Hütte stehen bleiben. Der Parkplatz für das Auto ist die Kurve runter, man kann es von der Hütte aus unten stehen sehen. (2min ca zu Fuß) Es sind ein paar Stufen runter zur Hütte. Für 2 Familien a 2 Kinder perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Charlet war suoer ausgestattet, gerade was die Küche angeht, wir haben nichts vermisst! Wir hatten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Es waren spiele für die ganze Familie vir Ort. Aber das tollste war der atemberaubende Ausblick vom Esstisch und der Terrasse aus. Hier und da könnte ein bisschen sauber gemacht werden (unter den Kleiderschränken etc) aber alles Sichtbare war sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Schöner Skiurlaub

Objekt wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wie in den vorigen Kommentaren beschrieben ist der Weg zum Chalet etwas beschwerlich und die Parksituation im Chaletdorf nicht optimal. Aber darauf waren wir eingestellt. Zugang zur Piste in 5min erreichbar, der Zufahrtsweg auch für unsere Kinder problemlos machbar. Im Haus prima Ausstattung, sogar ein Backofen vorhanden. Spiele für die Kinder. Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar. Danke!
