Welcome to Anna Haven, a brand-new 2024-built home designed for comfort and convenience! This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat accommodates up to 8 guests with 5 cozy beds. Located just a 30-minute drive from Frisco, TX, it offers modern amenities, including high-speed WiFi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, EV charger, and free parking. Enjoy thoughtful touches like bathroom toiletries, room-darkening shades, games, books, exercise equipment, and storage for cleaning needs.
Please note, that black guests are to pay additional 500$ security deposit and we don't welcome muslims.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Stayed here for a wedding in Van Alstyne. Its close to highway and a lot of restaurants but far enough away from road that you cant hear the traffic. Walmart is close by. Would stay again.

Anna Haven was the perfect location for our family while attending a wedding in Van Alstyne. All of the basics were provided and it was extremely convenient to the highway, Starbucks, HEB, etc. We also had a great time with the games that were available.

Great home to come into after a 4 hr drive up from Austin, and after a day out exploring. Host was very welcoming they left us some welcome gifts and that was greatly appreciated!
