I booked this hotel for my parents and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this property. Friendly and attentive staff deserve recognition. This is a big property and with a limited number of rooms and guests, it wasn’t hard to find quiet areas to sit, relax and soak in the ambiance and the views. The property is just outside the main area but getting to/from the property was easy, especially with a car. Would recommend this hotel!

Beautiful, lovely I can’t say how nice this was. Little advice if you get an ocean view room, double check you don’t get the ocean view/Burger King view.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Palazzo untergebracht. Es gibt eine schöne kleine Bar und eine schöne Lounge. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Allerdings hätte ich mich über eine vegane Option an Brotbelag und über eine an Milch gefreut. Der Weg in die Stadt zu Fuß ist machbar, sollte aber nicht unterschätzt werden - Angra ist ziemlich bergig. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen, angenehmen Aufenthalt hier.

Very nice place to stay. Only thing we found disappointing is that we booked a sea view room, and while we could see the sea, 3/4 of the view was a Burger King.

Tout était parfait : accueil et service aux petits soins. Lieu magique avec une très belle vue. Les chambres sont neuves et très bien équipées. Literie très confortable. Les produits du petit déjeuner sont frais et de très bonne qualité. Nous n’avons pas eu l’opportunité de tester la piscine. Bref nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement.

Hotel maravilhoso com vista fantástica

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, o quarto foi espaçoso com limpeza impecável, vista para o mar e muito confortável. Não tinha varanda! Julguei que teria sido reservado com varanda, mas provavelmente foi lapso meu na reserva. A limpeza é impecável e a paisagem vista do hotel em direção ao mar e Monte Brasil é maravilhosa.

Adoramos tudo,desde do hotel,aos quartos que tem um conforto incrível,o pequeno-almoço que estava muito bom,mas o que mais me impressionou foi o facto do check-out ter a possibilidade de ser feito tardio e do pequeno-almoço das 8h ao 12h,o que por norma nos hotéis não são assim. Os funcionários simpáticos,mas em especial a Sra Paula que nos foi super simpática e sempre com disponibilidade a nos responder a qualquer dúvida que nós tinhamos.
