Nous n'avons jamais rencontré Michel, tout s'est fait à distance.La procédure d'entrée nous a été communiquée juste avant l'heure d'arrivée.Points faibles :La maison sentait l'humidité mais en aérant bien, cela a fini par partir.La maison n'est clairement pas très entretenue.Le bac du lave vaisselle est cassé par endroits et rouillé.Tous les entourages de fenetres sont noircis par l'humidité.Nous avons du laver une bonne partie de la vaisselle car il y avait une forte odeur d'humidité dessus.Un des toilettes n'a pas de lunette/abattant.Points forts : la terrasse, la proximité du centre d'Angers (20min à pied),la literie est bonne.La tarif.Si les points faibles sont acceptables pour vous, cette maison est intéressante.
