ROSE Holidays offers you this charming apartment in the heart of Angers. Located at 45 bis rue Pancheminerie, in a pleasant and central neighbourhood, this 50 m² apartment, nestled on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, combines modern comfort and authentic charm for a successful stay as a couple, with friends or as a family.



Capacity: up to 4 people.

• A functional entrance vestibule, allowing you to leave your belongings with complete peace of mind.

• Bright living area: with a lounge-bedroom with double sofa bed, WI-FI and open-plan kitchen.

• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, and everything you need to cook as if at home.

• Bathroom: spacious shower and sink, separate WC.

• Cosy bedroom, equipped with a double bed (2 beds), ideal for resting after a day of discoveries.

🚗 Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault Car Park (5 minutes on foot).

🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Arrival instructions

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
