The modern furnished apartment "1 Weger" is located between Merano and Bolzano on the South Tyrolean Wine Road and is the ideal starting point to discover South Tyrol. The village of Andrian is protected by the "Gantkofel", the local mountain, in a unique natural landscape on the banks of the Adige River. The light-flooded vacation apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and SAT/cable TV. From your balcony you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. Here you can have breakfast on the comfortable garden furniture or end the eventful day with a glass of wine. Several restaurants and a café are within walking distance of 10-15 minutes (500-1.2 km). You can also reach a small supermarket within an 8-minute walk (650 m). A local bakery is located 3 km away (6 minutes by car). In just 20 minutes by car (22 km) you can reach the beautiful spa town of Merano (Meran) with its medieval old town and many many stores. Die Wohnung war sehr hell und modern. Der Gastgeber war immer gut zu erreichen und stets sehr freundlich. Der anliegende Hofschank lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastische Lage, praktische Wohnung im Klimahaus

Harald, der Vermieter der FeWo und gleichzeitig Betreiber des Hofschanks, hat uns sehr lieb empfangen und sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Der tolle Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein, da die Sonne schon bald nach dem Aufgang um die Ecke verschwindet (bei der Wärme wie im August ist es sehr angenehm). Man blickt auf Apfelplantagen und Berge. Von Andrian aus kann alles in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichen: Meran, Bozen, Kastelruth usw. Mit dem Südtirol Gästepass sind fast alle ÖPNVs kostenlos. Und abends kann man es sich unten bei Harald schmecken lassen. Für das eigene Auto gabs einen überdachten Stellplatz. Die Wohnung hat an allen Fenstern und der Balkontür elektrische Außenjalousinen, so dass es morgens schön dunkel ist. Die Wohnung ist mit Lüftungsgeräten ausgestattet (es ist ein Klimahaus). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder eine Woche (oder mehr) hier verbringen.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, kurze Infos über das Appartement erhalten und schon hat eine Woche Urlaub begonnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sauber. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, es ist noch immer eine Ferienwohnung und kein Hotelzimmer, was manchmal vergessen wird. Der Ausblick morgens ist unbeschreiblich schön. Berge und Äpfelplantagen, so kann ein Abend ausklingen oder der Morgen beginnen. Sehr großer Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Super Lage, Bozen ist sehr nah, ein sehr schönes Freibad in der Nähe, schöne Restaurants , eher Geheimtipps mit schönen Aussichten. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren in den Dolomiten, Seiser Alm und Verona, von ihr aus alles mit Auto oder Zug erreichbar. Und abends kann man die Ruhe genießen auf dem schönen Balkon. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
