This quiet townhouse is isolated from other neighbors and located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen super comfy mattress as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 55" TV. The second bedroom offers a Tempur Pedic California King size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen.
This is a newly renovated property.

The garage is not currently available. Please inquire if this is needed.

There are cameras on the property outside and in the garage. These are not used to monitor our guests but for security.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
