The oversized primary suite takes up the entire third floor and completely private. There are two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and two washer/dryer units. Two decks provide excellent sunset viewing with glimpses of Turnagain Arm. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your day, this beautiful and pleasant home provides a fantastic base for your getaway right in downtown Anchorage. Property is fully fenced with key-less entry and a nice private outdoor green space. Off street parking for two vehicles is included.
