Guest Access
This updated 4-bedroom 3 full bathroom house is right in the city of Añasco. Guests will have access to the whole house, parking and the backyard. Dining room and living room with smart TV. Master bedroom with TV, closets and private bathroom. The other nice size bedroom with queen sized bed, twin bed and closets. The other two rooms have full/full bunk beds.

Fully furnished Home near Rincón, P.R. that includes a kitchen and Wi-Fi, close to major highways, so you can settle in back easily. Wide private area, with comfortable rooms for your family.

Indoor games area, outdoor games area (Connect 4, Checkers, Tic Tac Toe, etc.), billiards, Roku app, cable T.V., cistern, generator, swings. Mention extras: refrigerator, chairs and beach umbrella; dominoes table and karaoke speaker with microphone.

Rules and details:
No parties.
No extra guests.
No overnight guests. Only guests in the reservation are allowed.
Maximum 10 guests total in property. $50 Night Per Extra Guest.
Security cameras recording devices.
Carbon monoxide alarm.
Smoke alarm.
Private parking.
Maximum number of pets: 2. Up to 50 lbs. Pet fee $100.
The guest will be responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Follow pool rules and supervise children.
Pool attire recommended.
No diving in the pool.

Please use outdoor showers to remove beach sand before you enter the pool.
Please refrain from getting sunscreen, lotions and oils on the linens and towels; these products tend to damage it. If it does get damaged, a small replacement fee will be charged.

Do not flush papers or other objects into the toilet.
Main outdoor shower by the pool area and outdoor feet shower by the entrance gate to remove sand. If the bathrooms showers are clogged, a $150 charge will be applied for plumbing service.

Please use pots and pans provided for the indoor kitchen.
In the outdoor kitchen you will find pots or “calderos” to use outdoors. Do not use kitchen cauldrons on the indoor stove to prevent damage.

Clean any dishes, cookware, or grill during your stay. We expect to receive the kitchen as we left for our guests. Extra charge of $75 will apply for cleaning.

Remove all trash, from baths and kitchen. Use the blue garbage cans placed outside, near the entrance to the property.
No drinks on top of billiard (pool table).
Turn off fans, lights, and A/C when you leave the house each day, and on check out.
Do not use air conditioners with open doors or windows.
No smoking is allowed in or around the property. Please ask where.
No cigarettes butts or cigars on the ground.
Close all open windows and lock the house, place the key in the designated location. $50 charge for lost key.
Do not remove speaker or furniture from the property or take it to the beach.
Maintain beach gate always closed.
*No dunking on Basketball Rim* $500 fee for breaking rim.
*No hanging from Basketball Rim* $500 fee for breaking rim.
Swing is for decoration. No hard swings. No heavy person over 200lbs on swing.

Turn off fire pit if used to prevent fire.
Close all gas tanks after use.

The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage caused.
