Good communication between manager, host and myself. It was nice to see the showers clean with no mildew or mold. Loved the 2 1/2 baths. Plenty of space for 7 people. Wished it had more blankets and washcloths/face towels. Also, loved having full kitchen and washer/dryer. Approximately 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney which we liked.

Me and my mother in law stayed here for a Disneyland trip. We liked its proximity to the park very much. Host was very thorough with good communication. Property was clean. Good for families. Appreciated washer and dryer. Very thorough accommodation information and recommendations on property. A few times I heard people outside talking but it was because of the vent they have going out the window. I got used to it but good to note so it’s not a surprise if you hear people once in a while. This unit is a complex so it’s natural in my opinion.We were barely at the unit, mostly slept and ate there.

Disney vacation

Property was clean and everything we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, we were mostly in the parks. But being able to walk across the street to the tram was awesome. I didn’t have to pay for parking and it only took about 10-12 min to walk to the tram get thru security and get to the front of the parks. It was easy to find and check in. Would definitely recommend if going to Disneyland for a few days.

Disney Trip

This condo was a great location for our Disney trip. We were able to walk and come home for breaks/lunch. The bedrooms upstairs got a little warm. For a winter stay it was completely fine with fans. If you are planning to visit in warmer months you will probably need the portable AC units but those were provided at the property. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any family heading to Disney.

Great stay while visiting disneyland

We spent 3 nights at this home while we visited Disney land, it was a great location, easy to find, good communication with the owners, the home was clean and ready for us. It is about a 20 min walk to get to the entrance of Disneyland. The listing and photos are accurate. Would stay here again the next time.

Perfect!

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay for our Disney trip. Worked well for 4 adults and 1 kid! Close to park. Communication was great! I read reviews about it being dated…but if you have time to notice that you’re not doing Disney right! Most definitely will stay there in the future!

Great location!

My family and I had a pleasant stay. It was me, my wife, and our 3 kids (21/12/1). The condo location was as listed. Walking distance to the theme parks and Downtown Disney just about a 10min or so. The condo could use a little upgrading, but not a deal breaker. The neighborhood complex was nice and people were friendly. Communication with owner was great and prompt. I would definitely stay again!

almost 5 stars

Can't beat the location; it's definitely walking distance to Disney parks. Hosts seem friendly and definitely communicative. But a few issues need work - advertised queen bed in the master is actually a full bed. My husband is a tall bodybuilder and a full bed was really uncomfortable. A bunch of dishes and pot put away in the cupboards were dirty. Main bath sink drain was slow despite one of the hosts 'fixing' it with Draino. Most importantly - the upstairs rooms are much hotter than downstairs. Unbearably hot and stuffy and we are from Arizona. The thermostat was originally set to 75 deg and there is no way for a guest to change it. Bedrooms upstairs were then above 80 and we could not nap. Hosts changed it and it was okay once they did. It heated up while we were out to dinner though and hosts raised the temperature again, so it was way too hot when we got back. We reached out but they were sleeping. They lowered the temperature once they woke up. They know the bedrooms get too hot and they have a portable AC on standby. This solution they offered is a no go because there's hardly any floor space and the unit becomes a trip hazard. (say if you need to pee in the middle of the night and you're half asleep) Definitely a place for families though - lots of amenities for children like toys, stroller, and high chair. If you don't mind heat or stuffy sleeping spaces, you might be okay.

Can't beat the location!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. You cannot get much closer to Disneyland than this unless you stay on property. We walked every day straight to the park and Downtown Disney. We didn't need a rental car until our last 2 days when we did other things besides Disney. I was also able to use Albertson's grocery delivery straight to the condo (free 30 day trial). Communication with the managers was simple via text. We only had 1 small issue during our stay and they took care of it quickly. Beds were fairly comfortable and the unit was clean. The only downside to this property is that it is older and in an older complex. The upstairs is showing definite wear and tear with older towels, blankets, sheets, paint and banged up furniture. The complex did feel safe but is very plain in appearance. Condo was nicely supplied with toilet paper, paper towels and soaps.

Great location to walk to Disney

We rented the property based on the description of being able to walk to Disney. Very easy walk through Downtown Disney to the park. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, had everything we needed, and really comfortable beds. Property owner and management company had great communication and provided very useful information. Would definitely rent again!

Cozy Stay for a Disney Trip

This was such a great find! The location is perfect— short walking distance to the park, and the home/condo had easy check-in, clear instructions/guidelines, and everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again when we’re back at Disney!

Convenient location - nice pool!

We stayed here for a few days to move our daughter into college. We had the best time checking out the different beaches and had to get some shopping done for dorm life. The condo was clean and spacious and the pools are very nice, big and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed

Very communicative and helpful property manager. Very close to Disney. Easy check in and check out. The main bedroom bed was creaking very loudly everytime we rolled over, so my husband slept downstairs on couch. Took son out of bath and after a few minutes his feet were black again from dirty floor. Other than that, it was good.

Great location, close to Disneyland

Nice place. The condo is close to the road which you cross to walk to Disneyland, it's about 2 buildings back. Quiet setting, the pool is a short walk away and the kids loved using it during the day when it was hot and needed a break from Disney. Property manager is nice and took care of anything we needed.
