Parking good, initially not easy to find. Front desk staff exceptional. Breakfast overpriced, should remove eggs, sausage and bacon from menu until they learn how to prepare them. Room spotless, great shower, beds too firm. Suppers reasonably priced, not an extensive menu but adequate. Servers attentive, professional.

Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Fab room with a great bathroom, lovely and warm. The parking was easy and barrier controlled so felt safe, plenty of spaces. There is a great little supermarket opposite and another mini market a bit further down to the left of the front hotel door which was open until late. Its not far to drive into the city but the bus stop was just across the road so you dont need to drive down if you dont want to. We visited early September and the reception staff advised us that the buses on Saturday were free and ran at 15 minute intervals, it was a good service. On Sunday they are only one an hour so we drove down and parked in a side road close to the centre. There were no charges to park on Sunday so it was very easy. We would definately use this hotel again.

This hotel offered great value especially as parking is free and in a properly secure/gated car park. Although plenty of spaces (50+) it can still be difficult to find a space (weekend). But there are street spaces outside anyway. Lovely staff. The hotel had a hostel vibe which continued to the hallways and the room which although looked quite basic had ALL the amenities you could want including Air-Con, large screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was huge. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Rooms quiet. I have taken off 1 star as our bed was very very firm (ie-hard!) so neither my wife or I slept well. But that may have been unique to our room? Also a special mention for the adjoining restaurant which cooked a fabulous and tasty dinner late on Saturday evening after 10pm.
