The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place right in downtown Amesbury MA! The apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, breweries and all else downtown Amesbury has to offer! Guests please know this is a 2nd floor apartment and requires some stairs.

The apartment is 15 minutes to Salisbury beach, 25 minutes to Hampton beach and Plum Island!

Guests should also know this apartment is in an older building and is truly nothing fancy.

Washer and Dyer are in the basement of the building not in the apartment
As long as there is no damage to the property and no other tenants/neighbors get disturbed then we will have no problems!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the house worked well for what our family needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we were especially grateful for the air conditioning during the warm weather. The fresh flowers on the table when we arrived were also a really thoughtful touch!The house is older and has quite a bit of character, including noticeably sloping and uneven floors. That wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something future guests may want to know.The bathrooms and bedding were clean, but the house overall could use a good deep cleaning. Some of the walls and surfaces looked pretty grimy and could use extra attention.The kitchen worked for simple breakfasts and coffee but was minimally stocked, with only a few drinking glasses and limited dishes. Cooking for a larger group would be difficult.The location was one of the highlights! We loved walking across the street to the chocolatier for fresh-baked cinnamon rolls on Saturday morning and delicious drinks. The house is also within walking distance of other wonderful shops in Amesbury.Overall, it was a comfortable home base for exploring the area. Great location!
