El area y las instalaciones limpias y muy naturales, desafortunadamente , el personal necesita mucha capacitación en temas de atención al cliente. Las personas son muy poco atentas en su manera de contestar , no hay recibimiento, cordialidad en el trato. Pensé en no poner mí opinion, pero si México quiere turismo, crecer en este ramo,necesitamos que los propietarios se enteren que hay que capacitar al personal, empezar por la gerencia, hacer cursos de motivación. Cualquier consumo del restaurant , lo tiene que ir a solicitar directamente en el mismo, hacer el pago directamente en caja. "ojo" eso genera mucha desconfianza, se pregunta uno porque no les tienen confianza a sus empleados, cualquier nota ó ticket de consumo el cual tiene uno derecho a solicitar, lo mismo. Detalles como estos, los que vamos a vacacionar, son molestos, porque el personal trasmite, su enojo y frustración de no estar en un trabajo que disfruta. "OJO" con eso, porque parece que lo que quieren es eso, que no regrese uno al hotel y restaurant. No puedo opinar sobre las areas de recreación (parque y zoológico) , no las visite. Como se que los empleados verán esto, a ustedes les recomiendo, por lo menos bajar tutoriales de yootube, de las cadenas de hoteles, engrandezcan su trabajo. Cualquier trabajo es digno, ustedes son parte de la cadena de HOTELERIA Y GASTRONOMIA DEL RAMO DE TURISMO así de grande y de importantes deben de sentirse, al desarrollar su empleo de GERENTE, RECEPCIONISTA, MESERO.

Todo bien, lo único que seria bueno es que si el huésped llega antes de las 3, si ya tienen disponible la habitación se la entreguen al huésped En mi caso llegue 2:20, nos pusieron la pulsera y nos dijeron hasta las 3 se entrega la habitación y no nos ofrecieron el resguardo del equipaje. Saludos

Very clean and quiet. But, a few important things happened during our stay: 1. The door didn't lock. Front desk told me twice that they had fixed it so i climbed the stairs twice, both times the door opened with just a push again. Down the stairs to insist. It took maintenance 3 tries over a few hours to finally just change the lock entirely. (That included me having to climb the stairs with our luggage at least 3 times; one of the front desk men helped me two of those times thankfully). 2. The sides of the kiddie and adult pools are covered in algae. 3. The water in both pools was cold. My daughter kept shivering. I couldn't even last long in the water myself. I expected warm water due to their advertising "climatizado" but it was definitely not the case. Only the air in the covered pool was warm. No swimming for us. 😕 4. The TV didn't work until someone came to fix it. They said the box had disconnected itself.
