The location was in walking distance and free parking was great. We paid more for this experience than we paid anywhere else on the trip but staying in an old building that smelled musty with very creaky floors was not enjoyable. The bathroom was clean and modern. My sheets were stained/soiled. Stripped the bed and new sheets the next day were also stained. đŸ˜±Enough said.

Manoir du Parc is an exceptional hotel. It is a beautiful mansion with lovely high-ceilinged rooms and perfect French decor. It has a small private park and swimming pool. The owners, Gaelle and Bruno, are welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect—easy walking distance to the Loire and tourist center without the bustle.

Fantastic private getaway

This was a fantastic hotel. We had our own private jacuzzi and it was very secluded. It seems like you have your own private cabin. The owners were fantastic and very accommodating.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans l’une des cabanes du Manoir du parc : entre la piscine et le jacuzzi privĂ©, la dĂ©tente Ă©tait de mise. Et quelle vue sur le chĂąteau d’Amboise ! Petit bĂ©mol : nous aurions aimĂ© avoir le wifi dans la cabane. Le prix semblait par ailleurs un peu Ă©levĂ© pour une formule « gĂźte ». Nous serions tout de mĂȘme prĂȘts Ă  revenir dans ce gĂźte trĂšs calme et bien situĂ©.
