Villa Lelle with Amazing Sea View of the Amalfi Coast

Villa LELLE is a charming Mediterranean villa built on a rocky spur overlooking the sea. It comfortably sleeps six people and has a beautiful garden with a fantastic terrace large enough to entertain friends or enjoy a family dinner with an Amalfi view.

The Villa is on the road leading towards Amalfi, in front of the Hotel Excelsior. You can enjoy a beautiful and scenic view of the Amalfi coast from this location.
You are comfortable 12 steps from the main road, 2 kilometres from the Amalfi centre, 50 meters from the market store and in front of the bus stop. From Villa LELLE, you will have panoramic sea and coastline views.

Villa LELLE is a new, charmingly furnished Villa with a sea view; the owner finished doing it in 2023. The owner has elegantly decorated the home in white and pink to match the colours of the sky at sunset, and the flooring in the house is with antique ceramic tiles from Vietri.

The Villa is approximately 200 square meters (2,153 square feet), with a huge private garden and a large private terrace for sunbathing. It also has air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi Internet access, and outdoor and on-site laundry.

Most people will not need a car to stay at Villa LELLE; however, if you have one, we will provide you with a private parking space for your convenience. Please note that the car park has fees and must be booked beforehand.

Villa LELLE consists of the following:
The living room area is spacious and bright with three large windows which open up to the big terrace; furnishings consist of a large and comfortable sofa-bed, one flat-screen TV, a dining table that can accommodate six or eight guests, a dresser with drawers, air conditioning/heating unit and WI-FI.

Please note that the Wi-Fi speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited. While browsing websites, shopping online, banking online, using social networks, and checking e-mails can be adequate, the Wi-Fi speed is unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs, or streaming videos.

Kitchen room The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and glassware.

The First Bedroom: You will enter from the corridor. This large bedroom has a big balcony with a charming view. The room has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and an antique armchair. There is also a lovely stone fireplace. The bedroom has an air conditioning/heating unit and Wi-Fi.

The Second Bedroom is decorated in a typical Mediterranean style. It has a big balcony with a charming view. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a large wardrobe. You can enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has an air conditioning/heating unit and Wi-Fi.

The Third Bedroom is also oversized and decorated in a Mediterranean style. It has a King-size bed, a large wardrobe, and an antique desk with a mirror. You can enter from the corridor. The bedroom has a big balcony with a charming view of Amalfi. It has an air conditioning/heating unit and Wi-Fi.

Two full bathrooms have a large shower (no tub), a sink, and a big mirror toilet. The main bathroom has a bidet and a Jacuzzi shower. You can enter the bathrooms from the corridor room. All bathrooms have a heating unit and Wi-Fi.

Terrace:
It lies in front of the living room and the kitchen. It is a terrace caressed by the sun all day long, facing the blue of the sea, and rich in flowers and terracotta vases where lush red and yellow Mediterranean flowers grow. The terrace ends in a scenic overlook where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire bay of Amalfi. Part of the terrace is surmounted by a big umbrella under which you will find a wickerwork sofa as well as a table, chairs and a large table: it will be your favourite place to relax outdoors during the day and spend magical hours dining under the stars when the moon glows above the sea. All the lights along the coast are lit. This terrace is located in one of the most beautiful places in Amalfi and even the world: you will feel privileged to have it all for yourself during your vacation stay!

The Garden:
It is 500 square meters (5.382 square feet) large. Mediterranean plants and exotic palms shade it. The garden has deckchairs and tables all decorated and modelled by hand. From the garden, you will have gorgeous views of Amalfi Bay.
From the garden, you will always be connected to WI-FI.

FINAL CLEANING FEES
Upon arrival, you must pay Euro 200 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card. This includes, for all duration of your stay : toilet paper, paper tissue, kitchen towels, extra linen, extra pillows, soap, hairdryer, iron, detergent for washing machine and wash dishes, extra towels and beach towels

TOURIST TAX
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person daily; this fee must be paid in cash; credit cards will not be accepted.

PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300.

LATE ARRIVAL FEE
If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day.

LOCAL AGENT
Once in Italy, if you should need to, you can contact our local English-speaking representative, who is available during office hours for the whole duration of your holiday. One week before your arrival, you will be given the mobile number of the local agent, who can be contacted via WhatsApp, SMS or phone.

SELF CATERING
Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract. You receive only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory.

We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs.

In the event of issues with the property that require maintenance, we are not bound to provide a repair within 24 hours but within the necessary and fair time, considering the local availability of maintenance services not under our management .
