Unbeatable location. You can walk to the park if you want. As far as amenities, it is on the basic side. That said it has everything you need. It also looked like the location was in the middle of many repairs and upgrades, which surely will look very nice when completed. The staff was also very helpful in their service and conscientious in terms of COVID protocol.

Podem melhorar.

Já ficamos algumas vezes nessa pousada. De um modo geral é boa, mas podem melhorar. Faltam ganchos no banheiro para pendurar a toalha e um porta papel higiênico (que fica solto na bancada). Nosso quarto não tinha cortina em uma janela e o sol bate na nossa cara assim que nasce. Coisa simples e que podem resolver rapidamente. O café da manhã é bom e variado, mas o atendimento da última vez deixou a desejar. Demoraram a entregar o pedido e quando veio estava frio. Desejo que fiquem mais atentos a experiência do cliente. Escolhemos a pousada pela jacuzzi e piscina. Realmente essa parte é boa. Mas os pequenos detalhes fazem a diferença.

Pousada boa, café da manhã bom. Não acho que vale o valor cobrado nenhum pouco. Não tem nada demais na pousada As fotos são bonitas que a realidade. O quarto parecia bem melhor. Não que estava ruim, mas parecia mais novo. Achei muito caro pelo o que proporciona. Já me hospedei em lugares bemmmm melhores e com a diária com valor bem melhor. Ao lado da pousada tem outra pousada que tem um bistrô que funciona a noite com música ao vivo. Me atrapalhou a dormir. Se seu sono é leve seria o caso de avaliar. Dei azar, também, de ter muitas crianças que choravam e gritavam a noite e os pais pareciam não fazer nada. Acordavam cedo e achavam que estavam em casa. Sem educação total. Lógico que isso foi azar mesmo,mas no geral, pelo valor não voltaria.

A piscina é muito boa e o atendimento dos funcionários é muito cordial e atencioso. Contudo, o café da manhã deixa a desejar, com pouca variedade. No segundo dia, o leite estava azedo e, apesar de termos reclamado, não foi reposto e nem deram satisfação. O quarto é bom e a cama grande, porém, o colchão é muito mole e dá dor nas costas de manhã. O chuveiro é aquele simples, Lorenzetti e estava torto, de maneira que a água caía na parede e, não, no chão. A diária é muito cara para a falta de variedade nos serviços. Preços dos serviços na piscina são bem elevados e o cardápio é bem fraco.

Pousada maravilhosa

A pousada é linda, bem localizada próximo ao centro mas não tão próxima ponto de ter barulho. O quarto é amplo, cama queen maravilhosa, banheiro com amenities biodegradáveis. Senti falta de lixo reciclável separado do lixo do banheiro. O café da manhã era muito bem servido, começando antes das 7:30 para pegar algumas coisas por conta do horário dos passeios. Tinham opções para pedir de ovo e tapioca. A piscina é linda mas um pouco fria. O ofurô é uma delícia. Voltaria com certeza.

A pousada é muito boa e agradável. Ótima piscina, bom café e bom quarto. Nada a reclamar disto. Os melhores funcionários são os da recepção. A dona lá é bem chata, mando a, nada hospitaleira e causa mau relacionamento principalmente na cozinha. Claramente ela precisa melhorar como pessoa, sendo exemplo para todos.
