Gem in the mountains

Gem of a hotel in Alp Catalonia. Two stars don’t do justice to this family run enterprise with a modern decor. Located 15 mins drive from the ski pistes, your removed location is made good by the views of cerdanya.

Hotel céntrico y bueno solo si vas a las habitaciones remodeladas (las de las fotos), pero si te tocan las antiguas son bastante justitas. Vale la pena hacer un upgrate por 9€ a las nuevas habitaciones

Las habitaciones no son las que te muestran. Tienen otras nuevas, recién reformadas, y cuando llegas te das cuenta y pagas más para poder dormir desentemente. Ademas, pésima atención. Cero atención al cliente. Mala predisposición (y fuimos a celebrar Navidad con lo cual esperábamos un poco de calidez humana).
