Clean, well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The spa and pool were convenient and enjoyable. The front desk manager was pleasant; however, warmer and more welcoming smiles from some of the front desk staff would further enhance the guest experience. The taxi service partnership was also very helpful and convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

We really appreciated the check-in team and check out team! The reception personnel has been exceptional and just for them we will return. Breakfast was a bit of disappointment as the fruit and many other foods weren't provided and as hotel was very full, it all went quick, but other than this stay was great.

Truly enjoyed our week at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is incredible, the shower is amazing and the bed is very comfortable! The only thing I would say is that the light in the bathroom should be stronger to help with applying makeup. I will definitely come back!

Overall I had a good experience the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was satisfactory however there was an unclean and unpleasant smell coming from the sink or drainage in the bathroom. I asked the cleaners a few times to put bleach -lixivia however the smell was still there. Same smell come from your pool area. Ayesha

This was my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Caparica and I always have a great time. This time around they have a shuttle service that takes you to the beach and can pick you up if you send them a message or call them. Very convenient location and I look forward to coming back again!!!

Good breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools and gym all good. Not in walking distance to local restaurants, and its own restaurant had limited choice and small portions. Quality of the food not of usual standard for a four star hotel. Staff very friendly though and there is a free shuttle bus to the beach front.
