Apartment with large balcony located to the southwest, suitable for 5 people. Living area: 65 M2, Either a living room (TV, DVD, Wifi), an equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, fridge, oven, etc., 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a large mezzanine with 1 double bed of 1.60x 2m ', separate shower / toilet, private terrace with garden furniture.

Welcome to Val d'Allos: Gate of Mercantour National Park. Our house is ideally located in a park with individual houses, 500 meters from the old village of Allos, with its shops and restaurants. Allos is near the origin of the Verdon river and the apartments overlook the valley. It is a relatively unknown and wild area, ideal for lovers of nature and mountaineering. In May, June, September and early October, the climate is still very pleasant to walk around or just sit in the sun on your terrace.
From Christmas to Easter, the door opened at the charming ski resort of Seignus and La Foux d'Allos (which communicates with Praloup) it is the largest ski resort in the Southern Alps, it is much less crowded and especially cheaper than in the Hautes Alpes areas. (free shuttle at 500m ') We rent 4 apartments in the same chalet. The apartments are fully independent

Two complementary stations and a traditional mountain village at the gates of the Mercantour National Park.

Chalet agréable et calme

Chalet bien situé à Super Allos. Le chalet est en fait un appartement (il y en a 4) dans un très grand chalet. Le découpage des logements est bien fait, on a peu de vis à vis, et les alentours sont très calmes, la vue quasi-100% sans bâtiments plein ouest. Le parquet est assez bruyant, et la salle de bain moyennement pratique et WC très étroit. La cuisine est pratique, il manque quand même un micro-ondes. La communication a été un peu laborieuse avec le gestionnaire du logement qui est hollandais (mais les échanges par mails se font en Français). Nous avons eu une coupure de gaz, mais heureusement c'est le fils du propriétaire qui nous a aidé en anglais, sinon c'est un peu compliqué... Nos avons profité du chalet en été, le coin est remarquable pour les randos, VTT, et le plan d'eau (avec plein d'activités, moyennant un tarif qui a bien augmenté récemment). Nous avons fait la plupart des randos directement en partant du chalet, ou avec un bref trajet en voiture. Il y a plein de torrents et de cascades et même le grand lac d'Allos. Un super séjour.

Très bel appartement à proximité du centre du village

Un appartement très agréable, très bien équipé avec une très belle vue ! Un bel espace salon pour des soirées chaleureuses en famille. Une cuisine ou l’on peut sans contrainte dîner à 5 personnes. Tres bon séjour de randonnée en été

Belle location spacieuse 3 pieces; grand sejour, grande mezzanine, grand balcon vers le sud-est. Mobilier et eclairage pourraient etre plus modernes. Tres bien pour 2 adultes, puis aussi pour une semaine avec notre fils. Bon emplacement pas loin du village, où il y a tous les commerces de proximité. Tres belle region pour tourisme et randonnée.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft am Hang des Ortes Allos. Ruhig und gepflegt. Freundlicher und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Objekt ist zu empfehlen und wir würden es, falls wir wieder in diese Region kommen, erneut anmieten. Wenn überhaupt etwas stört, dann eine etwas kleine Toilette.

Séjour agréable à proximité des stations de ski du Val d'Allos

Le logement est vraiment idéalement situé dans un cadre tranquille et très agréable ! La vue sur la vallée et la station de ski du Seignus est magnifique. L'ensemble de l'appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire : frigo, four, matériel de cuisine, télévision. Propreté du logement correcte et stationnement un peu difficile parfois. Il est parfait pour un passer un séjour ressourçant entre amis ou en famille dans un très beau cadre et avec de nombreuses activités à proximité.
