Hola Alicante!
The overall experience with the property and owner was excellent. The building is secure, on a quiet street and has elevator access to the apartment.
We were met on site at the agreed time with the owner's representative. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the apartment and the surrounding area. The owner had already provided us with an extensive list of recommendations for restaurants, activities and sights.
The unit was spotlessly clean, well equipped and they even had fresh milk, muffins, tea, coffee and sugar for our arrival.
The location is very close to the train station (5 min walk) and about 8 mins from the nearest Metro station. This is convenient for travel but is about 1 to 1.5 kilometers away from the main nightlife, restaurants, port area and Old Town.
I would recommend this apartment for an enjoyable stay in the city

Fabulous apartment in a great location
We had a great stay here - lovely clean apartment, with plenty of space, and excellently equipped. The milk, coffee, biscuits, water and so on were also much appreciated. The location was very good too: nice bakery and great supermarket food hall within 2 mins of the front door, and well placed for the old town, the beach, and also the bus, train, and tram stations. Our host was great too - v friendly, and flexible about arrival time and providing additional equipment (high chair etc etc) for small people. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and Excellent Accommodations!!!
We were greeted promptly upon arrival and shown to our apartment. The apartment is so beautiful, spacious and very, very comfortable. It is a perfect location for walking around, catching a bus or even the tram. The apartment is supplied with everything you would ever need for a stay! There is not one detail overlooked, and I am sure if you needed something, the owners would be happy to oblige. This is, by far, the BEST vacation rental we have ever stayed in.

Very recommendable!
The appartement was exactly that what we have expected. It is completely renovated, very clean with a modern interior design. We travelled with children and by request we got a babychair and bed. The appartement is also perfectly situated. The beach was reachably in approximately 15 minutes, the supermarket and other stores very nearby. The city centre was also at walking distance. The communication with our host Javier was very pleasant, we could contact him any time and he was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante and are seriously considering to come back next year :)
