Fantastic Villa overlooking the Bay of Malaga and the Sierra de Mijas very close to everything 1 km from the Lauro Golf course, about 20 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Malaga capital.
The house has 240 m2 on two floors, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom with shower and hot tub and an outdoor terrace, on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, a toilet, a large living room and full kitchen, plus a large porch overlooking the large heated pool (check price of the pool's air conditioning with owner)
Plot of 5,000 m2 composed of more than 1,000 m2 of recreational area with heated pool with sun loungers, barbecue, playground for children with swings, basketball basket, ping pong table, billiards, hammock etc ... Free Wifi . The rest of the plot is fenced and planted with different tree species and a chicken coop with fresh eggs daily.

Great Family home

Check in was very easy, we met the owners at the house and was explained everything. Fantastic nice size pool and facilities ideal for families. Even fresh figs off the trees and eggs from the chickens!

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. Beautiful house for a great vacation

Our party was 2 families with kids and we had great time in this beautiful house. Maricarmen and Miguel were so welcoming and friendly hosts. The house was perfectly equipped, with all kitchen appliances, and barbacue equipment. The pool was nicely heated and clean. Everything was perfect and would definitely come back.

We had lovely days in the house. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is absolutely perfect for families, stairs in one end for the youngest and oldest. Lot’s of fun for the children. The owners are really, really nice and helpful.

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

This is a lovely Villa, which fully delivered all of our family requirements. Its location was perfect, private for the family needs and located near enough to enjoy the tourist places. The hosts were lovely people who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for 2025 and would have no issue in recommending other people to use.

Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and welcoming.The house is absolutely beautiful and the view of the mountains is stunning! The pool and outside area are gorgeous with so much to do for all ages.Plenty of parking and the shops/beaches only a little drive away.Check in and out process is really easy.I really can't say enough about this property. We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Amazing villa

This place is amazing and the hosts are probably the best hosts I've ever had on any holiday so thoughtful even drove us to the supermarket for beers !. The villa is a dream and so well kept and the pool is great. Only 10 mins from malaga in the car but could always get a taxi if we went our for a drink. Couldn't recommend higher this place we will be back.

We recently stayed at Villa Vereda del Palmar for 10 days, myself and my husband and our 3 young children, it was amazing, the hosts were really lovely people, extremely helpful with providing any information about the local area we needed. We had no problems or issues but we are sure they would have resolved anything for us in an instant. The Villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. The outside area was brilliant, a really good size pool with a really fun slide and diving board that our children absolutely loved!! The pool table, ping-pong, and a basketball hoop were a big hit with us all, our two boys loved collecting the eggs each morning from the resident chickens, we highly recommend this villa to anybody looking in this area, can't fault it.
