Lovely and relaxing!

Very impressed with the response with an issue we needed help with! Beautiful place quiet and relaxing and everything that the past reviews say about the neighbors is true. The only thing negative I would say is the Roku is not for us. Very slow, and in the room off of the living room, we could never get any shows at all. It would just keep circling and circling.

Awesome Place

Very clean and comfortable. Went for a fishing trip with best friend. Access to multiple boat ramps in the area. Sunsets are amazing, interior updated and nice. This is a great property, in a safe area, with friendly neighbors. I would definitely come back with my fishing partner or family . Great Place!

Ladies Perch Derby Weekend

We had a great time during our weekend stay for the Ladies on the Lake Perch Derby. The cottage was great, plenty of space and super cute. 2 large full bathrooms was perfect for our group of girls. It is updated and decorated so nicely. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Maybe in the summer months so we can enjoy the beautiful deck.

Peaceful getaway spot! Steps away from the water.

Wonderful place for a getaway: quiet, plenty of outside seats, firepit, sunroom provides a great view of the bay, and much more. The description does not do the location justice: it is much better. Bonus: grocery stores within a few minutes drive, and a ton of water-based activities.

Great get away

The property is just as it’s presented. Love the decor. Beds and pillows super comfortable. One word of caution to anyone bringing children, there is no railing on the deck, but that seems to be the theme for the area. Absolutely gorgeous view of Lake St. Clair. I’d definitely book this location again.

Makes for a great girls weekend!

Listing was spot on! Home was clean, tidy, and welcoming! Check in process was easy. Sign in and welcome note was nice to see when walking in. The kitchen provided many amenities needed for our stay. Beautiful piece of property. Neighbors were friendly, you have access to the water, and the fire pit was close to the home. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!

The house was very pretty and the view was great. it was nice to have the chairs on the dock to sit and look at the water. the sunsets were gorgeous. the neighbors were friendly. one thing i would say, it probably said they didn't provide toiletries. i have stayed at a few VRBO's, they have at least provided little samples of soap and shampoo. fortunately there were stores close by. We had a great time there. thank you

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and was a great set up for 2 small families with young kiddos. Next time we would want to plan for more time on the water as we found the surrounding area didn't have a lot to offer for young families.

Family Time

We came for a family reunion in New Baltimore and chose this house as our base. It was perfect for our combined family of eight! Our son loved fishing off the dock and the bridge nearby. The young adults loved the scenery and tranquility. The older adults loved everything about this house!
