Der Außenbereich mit dem Ausblick ist einmalig und das war der Grund wieso wir gebucht haben. Man kann sich mit den Wellen gut entspannen. Achtung nur wenn man voll mit Autan besprüht ist, es sind unglaublich viele Mosquitos (Ende September/Anfang Oktober) da. Beim Autoauslden (gegen 15 Uhr) hatte ich schon 12 Stiche. An den Terrassentüren waren keine Fliegengitter, sodass man immer schnell zumachen musste. Morgens waren weniger Mosquitos. Ich würde unbedingt einen Heat it empfehlen, da die Stiche sehr anschwellen.Die Ausstattung ansich ist okay, leider haben alle Möbel eine schlechte Qualität, die Möbel fallen halb auseinander. Der Kleiderschrank hat z.B. nur ein Fach und sonst Bügel. Ich habe Fotos angefügt und alle Mängel gemeldet, sodass ich hoffe, dass der nächste Besucher weniger Mängel vorfindet. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass einiges repariert oder ausgetauscht wird. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und wir durften sogar etwas früher in die Unterkunft. Man hat genug Platz. Die Matratze ist durchgelegen. Das Bett ist daher nur semi bequem. A das Meer kommt man über das Steine klettern, an einem ruhigen Tag kann man auch ins Wasser. Ich bin aber auf einem Stein geblieben. Ein Strand ist nur ca. 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ca. 8-10 Gehminuten. Restaurants und Cafés sind direkt um die Ecke. Am Ende der Straße ein toller Sonnenuntergangsspot. Das Auto kann auf dem Gelände geparkt werden. Es war sehr ruhig und mit dem Meeresrauschen idyllisch.
Klimaanlage montiert, wenn man reinkommt keine gute Luft, nach 5 Min Klima wieder okay.

Tolle Aussicht

Schöner Aufenthalt für 2 Personen, funktional und sauber eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Steintreppe zum Fels Strand ist sehr schön, auch der Blick auf aighero. Leider wird es als Haus/Dependance angeboten, ist jedoch die untere Wohnung in einer Doppelhaus Hälfte. Wir waren die einzigen Mieter und hatten glücklicherweise unsere Ruhe. Fertilia selbst ist kein schöner Ort, aber es sind nur 5 min zu Fuß zum kleinen Supermarkt und 15 min mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz in Alghero.

Super Unterkunft

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft super schön. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Mit Badeschuhen und bei ruhigem Meer, kann man sogar direkt baden gehen. Was wir ein wenig blöd fanden war, dass keine Grundausstattung an spülmittel oder Gewürzen vorhanden war. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat auf Probleme, z. B. war die Gasflasche für den Herd alle, sofort reagiert.

Nice apartment, but insufficient facilities

The location of the apartment is lovely and just in front of the sea. Also, Alghero can easily be reached by bus from the apartment. The communication with the owner was very easy and fast. There were not many facilities in the kitchen, wherefore it was challenging to cook in the apartment. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and there were no extra bed linen / towels provided for our stay of 10 nights. In our opinion, the price is too high for the facilities that are provided. There are campings with rental houses with much more facilities for only half of the price available in the near surroundings. We would therefore probably not return for a future stay.

Sehr schöne Aussicht - knapp ausreichende Ausstattung

Wenn dann die große Wohnung oben mieten. Die Ausstattung ist deutlich besser und die Terrasse bietet einen wundervollen Blick über die Bucht nach Alghero. Fertilia ist ein e heruntergekommene Siedlung aus den 30er Jahren, aber gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Alghero und in den Norden. Die Ausstattung der Kellerwohnung ist knäpplich und lieblos, der Garten ungepflegt. Der Preis ist nur durch die Aussicht gerechtfertigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern schwierig und nicht gewollt. Wir würden es wahrscheinlich trotzdem wieder mieten, da Lage und Aussicht gut.

Urlaub in Fertilia

Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Auch bei hohen Temperaturen kann sie mithilfe der Holzläden ganz gut kühl gehalten werden. Der Blick übers Meer und nach Alghero ist wirklich sehr schön und macht deshalb auch "faule" Tage in der Ferienwohnung sehr erholsam. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wenn ihre Sprachkenntnisse nicht ausreichen, hat sie jemand zum Vermitteln und Übersetzen. Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht ganz der Beschreibung im Internet (keine Waschmaschine, kein Sonnenschirm), auch die Ausstattung der Küche war verbesserungsfähig. Aber die Vermieterin war stets hilfsbereit und suchte nach Lösungen. In nächster Umgebung finden sich einige Lokale, ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle. Alles in allem bietet die Wohnung eine schöne Möglichkeit, erholsamen Urlaub direkt am Meer zu machen!
