Full kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, combi refrigerator, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster. .. 2 bedrooms (1 main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, for 3 people in the second room) 2 Complete bathrooms (1 en-suite with bathtub and 1 complete with shower) The hot water heater is by butane gas, to have a constant flow, it has free Wi-Fi, and books in the accommodation.
On the second floor we find a large solarium terrace, with outdoor furniture, table and chairs as well as hammocks, portable barbecue and a water hose and views of the sea and the city.
In the common areas, we find gardens, a community pool with toilets, a multipurpose court (tennis, basketball and football). You can enter through the pedestrian door and through the access to the garage.
It has 1 private underground parking space with access without stairs to the elevator that takes us directly to the floor of the apartment (4th floor, the highest in the building).
