Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible property. They charged me at the hotel but refused to respond to Expedia. I asked for water, and I saw them filling the bottles with tap water using an old, dirty container. Absolutely disgusting experience. The location is very far from everything, and it’s extremely noisy. The workers are constantly watching you. They also overcharged me for a few snacks I purchased. At one point, they charged my credit card, claimed it didn’t go through, said they couldn’t print a receipt, and asked for cash. Later, I found that the credit card charge did go through, so I ended up paying twice.
Stayed 1 night in Aug 2024
