In this house, everything comes in pairs: 2 bedrooms (4 beds and a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, and 2 enclosed outdoor spaces: a courtyard for parking two vehicles and a 295m² garden.

Pets are welcome, subject to compliance with the pet policy. There is one step between the living room and the kitchen. The courtyard is paved with large stones, and the garden has small cement borders to mark the path (this should be changed).
From Laval or Mayenne, take the D962 to Martigné-sur-Mayenne. Then take the D12 towards the Montgiroux lock. Cross the bridge over the Mayenne River. The cottage is on your right, at number 1. There is parking for two cars in the courtyard, which has a lockable gate.
