Bally's Quad Cities
5/5 Excellent
"This is the first time we stayed here and we loved it. We stayed as a family of 4 visiting family in the area. Rooms were very clean and big! We loved the tall ceilings, large spacious bathroom and shower. Casino was smoke free and clean, we loved the lounge that was in the middle of the casino that allowed us to have some drinks, talk and watch TV. Never tried the cafe or buffet, but both looked good. Pool and hot tub were clean, back patio was gorgeous and very calming in the morning. All staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Beds, pillows and the couch in the room were all super comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk down the hall to get some quiet adult time and walk back to our room. CONS: 1. they don't use fitted sheets on the bed, they use a flat sheet. I had to constantly tuck it in to stay fitted. The sheets also felt like rough toilet paper. I eventually got used to it. 2. No microwave in the rooms. We had a dorm fridge with lots of leftovers, but no way to eat them bc we didn't have a microwave to heat them up. 3. Hot tub jets didn't work. I got them to work once, bc the maintenance man was there and I think he flipped them on for me. He said it takes a bit for them to turn on, I did multiple cycles of jets after the first time they worked and they never worked. These cons wouldn't deter me from staying here again."
