Villa Alicemar beach

Villa Alicemar beach is a spectacular property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is a new construction villa where quality materials have been used, it is located in the Port of Alcúdia, only 50 meters away from some of the best beaches in the world.

It is fully equipped and furnished with taste, it is very bright, modern and with high ceilings. The house has everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday, WIFI, air conditioning throughout the property and private pool of 5mx2.5m.
The villa is located 50m from the sea, has capacity for 6 people. The area of ​​beaches, shops, restaurants, supermarkets ... are within walking distance of the house. Outside we find a porch equipped with dining furniture a perfect area to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue and pool with sun loungers.

Distribution:
On the ground floor we find a comfortable lounge surrounded by windows that open onto the pool. It has a comfortable sofa, dining table for 6 people, TV, internet and sound equipment. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with high quality accessories. Next to the stairs we find a bathroom with shower and a room with a trundle bed.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm with an open bathroom en suite and an access to the terrace with sea views, the third bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a bathroom with separate shower tray.
Outside we find the pool with barbecue, surrounded by a solarium and sunbeds for sunbathing.

Equipment and services:
Pool, Internet Wi-Fi, TV, DVD Player, Air Conditioning, Barbecue, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Iron and Board, High Chair, Hair Dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0.25 €/Kw - to be paid on departure.
Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
