Alcobaca Villa is walled, renovated with original facade, beautiful stone and antique style furniture. Ground floor has 70 m2 living room with large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious furnished terrace, fireplace, 1 wc, 1 double sofa bed. 1st floor has 1 suite (with private bathroom), balcony, double bed and wardrobe, has 2 bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes and full bathroom. 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed. It has garden, barbecue, private parking. You can play table tennis at the property.

Très spacieux, proche de lieux très intéressants, en particulier du remarquable monastère d'Alcobaça, d'Obidos, des plages de Nazaré, idéal pour un séjour d'activités variées.

Après avoir attendu 1h30 je jour d'arrivée, avoir été racketté de quelques centaines d'euros, nous avons découvert une maison sale (oiseau mort depuis plusieurs jours qui avait donc laisser ses excréments un peu partout), sans aucune possibilité de nettoyer (aucun aspirateur ni balai, aucune serpillère ou torchon et aucun produit d'entretien), nous avons eu la "joie" de découvrir que le wifi annoncé était au café du coin (400 mètres : idéal avec les de jeunes ados) dans une maison où le réseau passe mal, et de vivre au gré des aboiements de chiens d'un chenil à proximité (lever quotidien vers 6h20-6h30 avec leur premier repas). Et pour couronner le tout : quand ils annoncent une baignoire et une douche (pour 10 couchages), c'est une baignoire avec son pommeau de douche !!! Le propriétaire (pardon : le gestionnaire) ne répond pas au téléphone et vous envoie un message une heure après (il faut donc être à l'affût en dehors de la maison pour être certain de recevoir CE message). Passez votre tour en ce qui concerne cette location ! A fuir
