- Located on the first line of the gravel beach, in the area of ​​Cap i Corp south of Alcoceber, approx. 1,000 mts. from the Tropicana sandy beach, and 4 km. of the town center. In a very quiet area.

- The Sierra de Irta is 6 km away.



COMPOSITION:

- Dining room-lounge with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen with washing machine and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, TV, complete bathroom with shower and terrace.

deception

Pour commencer la communication à été un catastrophique, et personne pour nous accueillir. L'annonce mensongère puisque nous avons choisi et payé pour un appartement climatisé alors qu'elle n'existe pas , sans propositions d'échange ou même de ventilateurs. La résidence devait être sympa fût un temps mais elle à l'air à l'abandon aujourd'hui. L'appartement n'était pas ou à peine nettoyé à notre arrivée. Il n'y avait pas suffisamment de vaisselle , les équipements de cuisine (poêle , casseroles etc ) n'étaient pas adaptés pour six non plus et on a eu le minimum du minimum. L'entretien est vraiment minimaliste, la piscine mal entretenue, pas de pédiluve. Très peu de transat pour une résidence entière. Le personnel qui n'est présent que le matin est sympa mais ne peut pas grand chose pour nous, personne le reste de la journée, le soir et la nuit donc les groupes de jeunes font ce qu'ils veulent (vider l'eau du jacuzzi , déranger à la piscine, sonner constamment aux appartements , crier et ce même la nuit, aucun respect ) Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons malheureusement pas cette résidence.
