Ash was amazing. He upgraded us to a 3 bedroom apartment knowing we had driven a long way. It was luxurious and so clean! His customer service was phenomenal and even recommended a place for coffee and breakfast that was the best. We would definitely stay again.

The website should be upfront about the fact that secure undercover car parking is an additional $10 per night, rather than stating that there is free self parking, which is a good 30-40 metres away, behind an events centre, in the open. The range hood didn't work, so it took ages for the cooking smells to dissipate. The oven also didn't work. The light in the microwave doesn't work. The settings on the clothes drier are out of whack. The railing on the balcony was absolutely filthy 😳
