Lot of bugs in the house, poorly maintained and old inside; poor internet connection and we even need to wash the dishes and they charged me for that!!! Leave the room @10 am already and departed to swimming pool with kids! Cannot leave them there; they called me and I did call back with no one answering! Drop the key @11:30 am as there linked with the Carpark and I cannot leave it without the key! They then charged me for $75 late checkout but the staff already gone in and did all the tidy as I have already left my room!

Our deluxe cabin was wonderfully presented, overlooking the lake. Surrounds were pleasant, and the staff went above and beyond to mail back my son's teddy which we left by accident. Will definitely be booking with Discovery Parks again!

We were blown away with the holiday park. From the moment we arrived we had friendly staff greeting us. The room was so clean and the beds so comfy. The views amazing. The outside area was so clean and so well signposted where different things were. Kids at a ball in the pool, by the fire and playing the outdoor activities. We were only there one night. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

Had all the creature comforts, great showers heat lamps electric blankets good size tv all good cooking utensils. Very clean well looked after and attractive cabins in the best area just out of town but still close.. beautiful scenery. Beautiful place definitely coming back!!!

I had to check in late. The staff were super helpful on the phone. I then had a problem with the keysafe (my fault) staff were there within minutes to help. The wheather was extremely cold. The staff had turned on the heating before I arrived and the cabin was super warm and cosy. Great xcabin, the park was quiet and great to walk around. Fantastic stay. If I gould give 6 stars, I would.

If you receive deluxe cabin 232.... ask to change! Deluxe is a far cry to what we stayed in! 1. The bins and rubbish dump, are attached to your cabin! Actual dump site! 2. Your car is parked in direct sunlight, all day. 3. You cannot use your deck from Midday until evening, as the desk is in direct sunlight. The deck was faded and peeling, and the deck ceiling was mouldy and falling apart. 4. The grass area directly in front of your cabin, is caravan sites! Directly in front. 5. The cabin is on a sway for sure! The main bedroom door was held open by a Bible upon arrival! 6. The shower door doesn't close properly, and sprays the bathroom from the open gaps. 7. No baking trays for the oven! 8. No chopping boards to prepare food! 9. Microwave door was broken and falling apart. 10. Laundry is dismal - washing machines need a good clean, 1 dryer and 4 washers. 11. The park is a maze, with ridiculous speed bumps, that hurt no matter how slow you go! 12. You have to book to use the spa! What!? 13. This park definitely prioritises the permanent residents, with cabins & caravans just thrown around inbetween them all. Overall, a very disappointing stay, especially for the higher rates that you pay here, and for a Deluxe Cabin. We did love the wildlife! Lots of bird, rabbits, frogs and possums ❤️
