This charming contemporary villa offers all the services required for a pleasant stay. The villa is fully equipped and includes: living room, "American" kitchen, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace with swimming pool. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. For families with very young children, we have a suitable bed and chair.
The housing is new, secure and modern, with a surface of 110M2 approximately. You will have an individual wifi connection, a TV and cable channels. The accommodation is on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor, the common living space with the kitchen and the living room overlooking a terrace and private pool. On the 1st floor there are 3 air-conditioned rooms. The master room has its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom. A washing machine is also available.
