The home is modern and offers quiet and private enjoyment while only being a 4-minute drive to Wanaka township. Featuring a fire to relax in front of after a day exploring the area, this home is perfect to unwind in.

This home has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery.

A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.

A perfect all season apartment for al fresco dining on the deck or relaxing in front of the fire on a snowy winters day. Fibre Wi-fi is complimentary at this property.

Very Handy Location

With the Alpine Village complex in Albert Town just a few metres away, including a pub/takeaway place, bakery/cafe and liquor store there are already so many facilities on your doorstep. Wanaka itself is just a few minutes drive away so the unit is easy to access. Spotlessly clean and tidy, clear instructions re access and quiet at night so a perfect spot for us. The only small quibble was not being able to locate the television remote which we couldn't find anywhere?
