Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, completely remodeled home. Located two blocks from beautiful Fountain Lake. There is a great “old school” winter sledding hill at the nearby school park. Dress warm, we will provide the sleds, and the hot coco. Albert Lea is located by the intersection of I90 and I35 and has 5 lakes included in the community. Oak Cabin is located 2 blocks from the Fountain Lake trail, 7 blocks from Mayo Clinic Health System, 1.8 miles from City Beach, 5 miles from Myre-Big Island State Park, 18 miles from Diamond Jo Casino, and 58 miles from the Rochester International Airport.
This is a cute cozy 2-bedroom home. It has a fully equipped eat in Kitchen that will seat four. Brand-new stainless-steel appliances, pots and pans, all you need to cook and feel right at home. Keurig single coffee maker, a carafe coffee maker, crockpot, blender and toaster are all included to make your stay more comfortable. One stylish bathroom with Tub/Shower combination. New tile flooring in Kitchen and Bathroom, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the rest of the main level. The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed, and large closet. Secondary bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. The Living room has comfortable couches with a Smart TV so you can catch up on your favorite shows. There is also a cabinet of many different board games available. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use any time.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great place close to alot of shops. Need bigger kitchen table for chair when sitting at legs wont go under. Beds were not sheeted up. Sheets found in dryer. And no garbage bags fot kitcken or bathroom. And only one tv in house. But over all it works well.

Oak Cabin

Oak Cabin was a nice little stay near the center of Albert Lea. It is close to the lake and the hospital. I stayed here for work a work trip and loved it. the kitchen was spacious, the bed was super comfy and the bathtub was perfect for soaking! Plenty of extra blankets for cold days, as well as a tv and a cabinet full of books and boardgames. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great house for up to 4 people. The remodel of this house turned out super. Location for area activities is great. The home has a/c which I don’t believe was included in initial listing. Clean and comfortable. We will come again.
