Mandala suited exactly what I was after, a clean, comfortable room where I could switch off for a few days. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and with the client booking room cleaning, I was able to sleep during the day when I didn't feel like going out. Overall a great and affordable place to stay.

Booked and paid for executive suite. Was put in a standard room. I was too tired to to comment and only one night but you expect to get what you booked. Standard room was ok. Tatty ripped old bath mat was nasty. Restaurant food good and prices good.

The reception staff were friendly & helpful, but that was probably the only positive from my stay. There was a lot of long hair left in the bathroom & on the bed, the shower head did not work properly & the room just didn't feel 'clean'. I don't think I will be rushing to stay here again.

Fantastic breakfast; compliments to the chef. Restaurant wasn't open in time and was done so when we rang a few minutes later. Thankfully the hot breakfast was already and we could tuck in straight away. The remote to TV didn't have batteries and we had to walk all the way back to the reception to get 2 in the rain as they didn't have staff to send it to the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The king bed was comfy, the room was clean, the ladies on reception were very friendly. We had breakfast, both menu and buffet, which was very nice. Top parking can be a little squeezy if you have a big car. We were ok until our neighbour parked over half our side. Small thing, trim the garden in row 3, so cars can park safely and not take out their bumpers on the rocks hidden underneath, also allowing other cars to easily pass behind. Would definately stay again otherwise

A lovely clean room. Bed very comfortable. The rooms are old, but clean. Bathroom could do with an upgrade - a bit sad. Took forever for hot water to eventually run through. One negative thing is that there was no microwave. Apparently because there is the restaurant, but that’s only open Wed-Sat nights. I think a microwave should definitely be supplied. Usually standard in hotels. I think it’s good that the room is not serviced unless requested - great idea.
