The living and dining area is furnished with a sofabed and opens onto a generous 25 m2 balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The first bedroom is an open room featuring 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is a double room, also with direct access to the balcony. The kitchen area is set up as a kitchenette and includes an oven and 4 gas rings, making it fully functional for self-catering stays. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.
