Jag hade förväntat mig en mycket renare rum samt så var det gott mat men för för många gäster att det räckte inte. Om man vill ha det bättre maten så måste man vara först annars får man det som andra inte ville ta. Rummet var stor och fin men städningen var dåligt att även sopor i toaletten tömdes inte. Jag hade förväntat mig mycket mer än det som verkligen fans.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä,siistit ja toimivat huoneet

Oltiin hotellin sivurakennuksessa Annex, oli siisti ja moderni. Näkymä parvekkeelta ei ihan mieluisa, kameli ja bussi parkki aivqan parvekkeen alla. Ruoka aivan mahtava hotellissa. Hamam ei niin hyvä kuin aiemmissa paikoissa.

Ett hotell som är värd max 3 stjärnor.

Ett hotell med fördelar och nackdelar: Fördelar: - Nära till stan och strand - gratis turkish hammam och sauna. Nackdelar: - kunden har inte alltid rätt, man få acceptera att det blir fel vilket som är mer sannolikt att det händer. många andra gäster som var samtidigt som oss på hotellet hade klagomål Speciellt att man inte får de rummen man har bokat. Hotellet har en extra byggnad bredvid som används när det är fullt bokat, man blir bara överaskad och man slösar bort tid på att byta rum. - extra kostnader som inte förväntas såsom värdeskåp, strandhanddukar, strandbaren. - Icke daglig byte av handdukar. - Hög buller på nätterna, måste stänga balkongdörren för att AC ska funka men AC:en går ej att justera till den nivån man önskar.. det blir för kallt i rummet och för AC:en låter jätte mycket - Två små poolar. Hotellet egentligen ska ha 3 stjärnor, 4 är för mycket. Det som var inte som förväntat: - ej bekväma sängar - Mindre ok kvalité på mat, i smak och variation. Även frukt smakar inte som det bör göra i ett land som turkiet. Verkar som att de köper allt som är billigt till hotellet. - Ej prof. personal. - Små poolar. - Mindre ok kvalité på mat, dricka och snacks. Turkish snacks som erbjuder mat vid sidan av resturangen är väldigr dåligt. Hamburgare, små pizzor och lahmajun. Problemet är att det smakar inte gott och allt erbjuds inte från början. -Inga aktiviteter även vid stranden.

Grand Zaman Garden was closed, when we arrived there 15.4. They put us to Grand Zaman Beach. When we made a reservation we did not get any information in advance about that it's not open yet. But the beach hotel was OK too, so we didn't mind. They opened the Garden Hotel during our holiday, and we were allowed to use that side too (pool, bar). It was nice Hotel too.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä, muutoin ???

Hotelli oli osittain jo suljettu palveluilta vaikka All Include. Elikkä kaikki ruokailut olivat vilkasliikenteisen tien toisella puolella. Kaikki tarjoilu mitä hotellilla oli saatavilla kuten kahvi ja juomiset oli vaan klo 17 saatavilla sen jälkeen ei yhtään mitään. Tilanne kuitenkin että miellä lastenvaunut missä 4 kk vauva ja 4 v poika ja sitten minä liikuntarajoitteisna (kyynärsauvat) ja sitten kaksi aikuista. Ei oikein ollut mahdollista lähteä juomisten tai jonkun pikkupurtavan takia tien toiselle puolelle syömään tai juomaan esim kahvia tai jos olisi halunnut vaikka drinkin tai muuta juomista.. eli meidän kohdalla piti sitten itse ostaa juomisiä ja syömisiä huoneeseen kun rantahotellin puolelta ei saanut kuskata ruokia ja juomia omaan hotelliin. Emme tienneet tästä asiasta varauksen yhteydessä vaan katsoimme sivuilta että hotellissa on ruoka ja kaikki tarjottava. Eli paljon jäi käyttämättä All Includeen kuuluvaa etua. Hotelli oli aika hiljainen ja osittain jo muutenkin suljettu. Palvelu todella huonoa ei saatu lastensänkyä vaikka asiakkaita tosi vähän eli ei nähty yhtään vauvaan koko viikkoon jne. Kysyttiin 3-4 kertaa jonka jälkeen luovutettiin. Hotellilla ei vaihdettu lakanoita koko viikkoon eikä pyyhitty kostealla lattiaa joten lattiakin oli aika kurjan näköinen loppulomasta kun 4 v siinä sähläsi viikon vilkkaasti. Rantahotellissa henkilökunta palvelualtista jne. Hotellissamme ei ollut edes kassaa enää eli henkilökunta joutui käymään hakemassa rahaa muulata jne
