From the very first day, the front desk agents seemed more concerned with collecting payment than ensuring guest comfort. We had an extra person in the room, and because they had no larger rooms available, we paid extra for the additional guest. However, when we requested extra bedding or a rollaway bed, it took them a few days to provide it.
The most serious issue occurred when the glass shower door suddenly shattered while I was showering, sending shards everywhere and causing multiple cuts — one deep enough to require stitches. This was a serious safety hazard. The bathroom became unusable, and since the hotel was fully booked, they could not move us to another room. We had to check out early and find another hotel at our own expense. Hotel did not refund the unused portion of our stay.
Overall, the service was poor, the staff lacked genuine concern for guests’ well-being, and safety standards were clearly lacking. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.
