The worst hotel I ever stayed at. Garbage piled up instead of beach bar. Dirty dishes with food leftovers in piles, left in the restaurant from day before. Food disgusting, breakfast was left-overs from dinner day before. Staff smoking in kitchen. Broken furniture. Broken plates and paper cups. All inclusive bar a joke, with warm bear served from pet bottles. Towels with stains of blood presented as clean towels. Very poor room cleaning. Unfriendly staff. Broken lights in the corridor. Poolwater used to clean the floors. Overall a terrible hotel!!!!

Das schmutzigste Hotel das ich in der TĂŒrkei bei meinen vielen Übernachtungen, in unterschiedlichen Orten entlang der KĂŒste und aber auch im Land in der TĂŒrkei in den letzten 13 Jahren kennen gelernt habe. Das Essen war einfach und eintönig. Der Service war mehr fĂŒr sich da und nicht fĂŒr die GĂ€ste im Hotel. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war eine Katastrophe.

All inclusive ei sisÀllÀ alkoholijuomia, sillÀ hotelli on alkoholiton. Ruoka tarjoillaan yhdessÀ tilassa. TÀmÀn lisÀksi ei ole mitÀÀn muuta ravintolaa / baaria. TÀmÀ selvisi meille vasta hotellilla. Altaat olivat riittÀvÀn isot, mutta portaat altaaseen olivat huonosti kiinnitetyt. Aurinkotuoleista lÀhes kaikki olivat rikki. Piha-alue oli epÀsiisti. Hotelliin tullessa henkilökunta ei informoinut meitÀ oikeastaan lainkaan hotellin kÀytÀnnöistÀ. Aulan wc-tiloihin ei tullut valoja eikÀ wc-istuimen huuhtelu toiminut. Ravintolan pöydÀt olivat heikkokuntoisen nÀköiset, mutta pysyivÀt pystyssÀ. Aterioiden valikoima oli todella pieni. Esim. hedelmiÀ ei ollut kuin parina pÀivÀnÀ viikossa yhdellÀ aterialla. PöydÀt siivottiin kiitettÀvÀsti ruokailun jÀljiltÀ. Huoneeseen oli vain yksi avain. JÀÀkaappi heikkotehoinen ja avattaessa ovi jÀi kÀteen. SÀnky oli kova joustinsÀnky ilman petaria. Peitto oli ohut ja kova. WC-tiloissa oli kylmÀnvÀrinen valo, joten oli pimeÀÀ. Ei sovellu esim. meikkaamiseen. Suihkun pidin oli vain yhdellÀ ruuvilla kiinni sekÀ suihkusta tuli usein kylmÀÀ vettÀ. WC-tilojen saumat olivat mustia pilkkuja tÀynnÀ ja nurkissa oli pieniÀ matoja. Sijainti on hyvÀ sekÀ parvekkeelta oli kiva osittainen merinÀköala. Yöt yllÀttÀvÀn rauhallisia sijaintiin nÀhden. Kuvat ja esitetyt palvelut eivÀt vastaa enÀÀ todellisuutta. Huoneissa ei ollut ilmaista wifiÀ, vaan sen olisi saanut erillistÀ korvausta vastaan. Vastaanoton lÀheisyydessÀ wifi toimi, mutta hitaasti.

Kupit ja lasit aina loppu aamupalalla, erittÀin töykeÀÀ kÀytöstÀ henkilökunnalta, tosi likainen, siivottiin vain kun tarkastaja tuli paikalle. Juomat aina lopussa, niin mehut kuin oluet. Varaus ei pitÀnyt paikkaansa, ylibuukattu ja ihmisiÀ siirreltiin eri hotelleihin. Myös paikalliset moittivat hotellia. Sijainti on loistava kun vaan saisi palvelun toimimaan.
