My wife and i stayed here for 6 days and fell in love with the place, staff are so nice and amazing we will miss them. Food is great, they have a lot of healthy options also plus gym, massage, sauna, steam room, and hamam. Ali does the massages and hamam and he is great. We will be back

Ingredients in the breakfast were excellent. Wish they could include potato fries in the breakfast every day. Presentation of tea and coffee could be improved. Wish they could do filter coffee instead of Nescafe powder coffee for breakfast.

This property is gorgeous & in the perfect location! It is directly across the street from Kleopatra beach & right down the street from one of the popular caves & the cable car! The property itself was clean, modern, & fun! I had a balcony jacuzzi room! When I’m in the area, this will be my go to! Also every staff member in the hotel & restaurant that I encountered was very nice. The free breakfast buffet every morning was also very tasty. Thank you to everyone!!!!!

The walk to the beach is about 25 min. They never told us that they can bring us there. It was a hectic experience overall and the hotel has nothing to offer. The lobby area is nice.

A good idea that requires more effort

It's a well-thought-out concept. Clean rooms and a pleasant, thought-provoking space. However, this is a group of young people trying to run the hotel without a manager. Unfortunately, some of them are far from taking the initiative and coming up with solutions. The hotel's beach is quite a distance from the hotel, almost at the entrance to the city. I believe someone needs to find a solution to this issue as soon as possible. For example, there may be bicycles available for free, but they are available for rent in front of the hotel for 400 TL per day. However, I'd say the hotel's best feature is its beachfront cafe.

We booked the room via Expedia for the same day at the very last minute due to spontaneous decision. The hotel is peculiar, with a very particular interior design. You can like it or not but this is not the matter. Service at the reception in the evening was nice. We have immediately been informed that we could not bring drinks from outside. This is understandable and ok but there was not even a bottle of water in fridge as a welcome. Breakfast buffet was between 8:30 and 10:30 and we went at approx 10:15 together with many more guests. The breakfast revealed the inefficiency and the careless of the team. Buffet had no tags to understand what you were eating, staff was filling their plates with food even if guests were queueing for the same breakfast. Eggs finished because the staff was having their breakfast. They were replaced of course under though complains of the same staff who had to refill the products. There was no coffee except instant coffee. There were also no cups as not washed and finished. There were no glasses for the orange juice or water. Apparently there was also no tea during all the buffet time, as guests were complaining. Staff was just not taking care of any of the guests just walking around with no task to do. None of the team was able to find a solution to satisfy the simple request of a coffee

We've been staying at anjeliq multiple times for about 3 years in a row. We're 2 friends traveling to Alanya together. This time our stay has been absolutely horrible! We booked a family suite since it has a seperate little room with a bed. My friend can't sleep with airconditioning as she gets sick from it and i can't sleep without because of the heat. Anjeliq provides these suites and has always been a perfect solution. At first everything seemed fine but the airconditioning was broken after a day or 2, i went to the reception and the young guy who doesn't speak one word english would send someone, never happened. The next receptionist was very nice and immediately gave me the key to another room. This room had a working airconditioning but no light on the ceiling. All well but a day later my friend woke up covered in small insects/bugs, her bed was covered in the crawling little creatures as were all her clothes and the kitchen in this small room. She went to the reception and there was the young guy who doesn't speak english again (always works in the morning), he was very rude and not understanding at all. He told my friend she can have another room across our old room which wasn't the exact same room as we booked or the big family suite which would be 5000TL extra. Excuse me? It's not OUR fault you have bugs in your rooms, the audacity of asking for money. We took the other room and had to put a bed in the seperate space ourselves. Such bad service, never again!

There is nothing welcoming about this place; weird ambiance & cringey. Desk lamps on the walls/ceilings, high bars to hang clothes. To turn the lights on, one must climb over the bed. This hotel is not appropriate for families w/children; it's reminiscent of the red light district in Amsterdam. Literally, red lights are used in the hallway (safety violation?). Sounds of pleasure due to extremely thin walls complement the red lights. Most things didn't work and/or were broken in the room, e.g. bathroom door, shower head, TV, phone & one of the two legs of the desk (which is so tiny that it is not conducive to working on it). Staff that fixed the door snatched our 2nd keycard off the wall without letting us know. They apparently don't have enough cards and have a "1 keycard per room policy" regardless of how many people stay in the room, meaning, once you exit, you can't cool the room or re-enter if the single keycard malfunctions. Our keycard had to be reactivated every other day. There's only 1 elevator, and staff using the same one means you may have to walk up 5 floors & then back down if your keycard needs to be reset. Lacks proper management. Staff absolutely useless and unhelpful, incl. the ones in the restaurant w/tiniest coffee cups & cheese pastries made w/potatoes to save money, no bowls for cereal, limited napkins, utensils etc. PS. No mirror in the room, hard as rock pillows. No outside food allowed. Hotel's beach is 20 min away. Beach across: $10 umbrella+lounge.

La estancia ha sido excelente..tienen un buen restaurante y la decoración es de un estilo europeo mejor en la realidad que en las fotos...todo es nuevo y hemos sido tratados con mucha amabilidad.Está muy bien ubicado si necesitas transporte publico
