The location is conveniently located near the interstate and hwy 441 which is a straight shot into Gainesville to the university and Shands. The space is perfect for a short stay, comfortable beds, very clean and easily accessible. The host was responsive and helpful.

This property is delightful! It's super easy to get to and convenient to I-75 and 441. Outside was a little frustrating (the front steps were a challenge for my mom, who has mobility impairments, because they're not all the same height and the first step was very high due to soil erosion), but inside was spotlessly clean and met our needs perfectly. I loved spending the day in Gainesville and Alachua and coming back to a full kitchen, comfy sofa, TV that had all my channels, and a soft bed. The shower pressure was perfect, as well. I feel like the property manager kept in touch with me and was very responsive to each of my questions. I will absolutely come back to this little gem the next time I'm in town.

Perfect for us

The house is cute and neat! Small, but perfect for us. The outside isn’t welcoming, but once you open the door it is decorated so nice and bright. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owner, Sergy was so easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions. We will definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area

Wonderful Stay, Great Host, Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was warm, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—convenient to everything we needed. Communication with the host, Sergey, was excellent. He was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a great stay!

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Such a clean and bright unit! It's a little deceiving from the outside as it is in an out of the way neighborhood but super close to stores/restaurants and a cute Main Street area. The townhouse itself was very clean and comfortable! Great communication with the owner.

Nice small place close to springs

This was a good place for 3 adults to spend 2 nights on our way through the area so we could stop and visit Ichetucknee Springs. It is small but clean and had everything we needed. We cooked in and the kitchen was small but adequately equipped. We would stay here again.

Clean place, nice inside

Curb appeal and neighborhood not ideal, but the place was nice and quiet. Driveway could use some stones, rock or something to keep from tracking dirt inside. I would stay again if in the area.

Great owners, very nice inside and comfortable and bright

Excellent stay. Close to I 75, stores, and Gainesville. Lovely and comfortable furniture, and supplies. Great communications. Easy check-in and check-out. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, but it didn't bother me at all. Thank you very much and would be happy to stay here again!

Clean and comfy place to stay.

The space was perfect for our needs. The exterior is not as appealing, but the inside makes up for that. It is very clean and comfortable. The hosts were excellent, which is a big plus.

Neat as a pin

The place was very clean and tidy. New towels, linens, and kitchen supplies were provided, and there were cleaning supplies in a closet. Appears to have been recently updated, as the floors, paint, fixtures, etc still seemed fresh. The owner responded immediately to my few questions, and was courteous & friendly. The place is small, as advertised, but suited us perfectly for our business at UF. There was a UF home game this weekend, which made finding closer accommodations difficult & expensive. However, in the future, i'd pass on those and stay here again.

Quick Springs Getaway

We were looking for a nice stay with minimal fuss and low costs. This place worked fantastically. Located close to the natural Springs we wanted to go to and even a larger city of Gainesville made exploring and life easier. Accommodations were small but fantastic. Nothing extra was needed. Would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect place to stay the night while going to ginnie springs! It's only a bit of a drive, and the property was so nice! Just like the pictures, and the honeycomb design was so fun! Everything was super clean and ready for us. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be close to the springs and want to explore Gainesville!
