Entry details did not arrive in a timely way. I was hung up outside waiting for half an hour before I was able to gain entry. There was no information given about Wi-Fi access; I had to reach out to the owners for a second time to get that information. Doors operate in Iceland differently from what I am accustomed to, so I was unable to lock the apartment until I reached out to owners for yet a third time - a problem owners might have anticipated. My assessment is that the operators of this apartment do not know nor care how to make life easier for their guests.
