I would not stay in this hotel again

I would not go back to this hotel again. It is located on a truly good location, but, management has no idea how to take care of the the hotel guests. Room we stayed was so small, Bathroom door was not even closing, no bathroom towels other than just two small hand towels. I asked for towels not only to the receptionist, but, to the Manager as well, no awail.

1. The beach of hotel was excelent. 2 we prepaid the money completely but when we arrived hotel at night, they said that the hotel has problem. Then they sent us to another hotel that was cpmletely diferent with what i wanted. I called them and said they should refound our money but they said it will rake 2 weeks. After a long time negotiation, i said that i want to call Police. After it, they said you can come back for 2 remaining nights. Next day, when we arrived, we understood that the hotel does not have any problem and they had given our room to other guests. So they tokk our money but gave our room to others. 3. WC was not clean. 4. Breakfast was so so 5. Services was not good

In fact, power cuts in the evening and until we left the hotel in the morning spoiled the evening and there is no backup generator

Bad service , rain water walls leaking water, no hot water on shower, room not clean, very noisy from main road because hotel located right on the main road and too much trafic and trucks , the good thing is sea view is perfect.

They did not give us the room we reserved. They extra charged us for a different room. No invoice provided. WiFi was very weak. However, The staff was very nice! The breakfast was moderate. The location was perfect.

I booked this hotel for my parents and they had a big smile when they were telling me about their stay. Very nice hotel and friendly staff as well as reasonable prices, for both hotel and restaurant.

المكان هادئ ومريح صح مو فندق 5 نجوم بس نظيف ومريح للعين وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز و الفطور بسيط فيه شاطئ خاص بس مشكلته البحر حجار ما تقدر تسبح فيه كويس او تمشي فيه بشكل مريح بس الجلسات امام البحر جدا جميله لمحبين البحر حتى في جلسات للفطور قريبه من البحر المشاكل اللي واجهتها مافيه كاويه مافيه غسيل ولا خدمة غسيل و غلاية الموية قذرة
