The property was in a great location although a little tired looking with the pool steps broken. The unit itself was great except for the lounge suite which I think needs replacing as it was was uncomfortable and sagging. The unit does have everything you need.

Amazing customer service
We felt the place was a little tired compared to photos, however when we requested a few things from the property manager, they were quick to respond and extremely accommodating! Excellent customer service. The location is fantastic and the pools are lovely. Also really appreciated how easy it was to come and go with a Pram and very easy to access the parking if you hire a car.

Fantastic location
The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are a little dated but this didn’t bother us. The trade off is the spectacular view of the blue ocean that you get to wake up to each morning. The location is a short walk to the main street, lagoon and the woolworths, making it very convenient. The walk back is uphill so be prepared to get puffed by the time you get to the property entrance, but don’t let this be a deterrent - be thankful you didn’t book somewhere further up the street! We brought a stroller for our 2yo to sit in and would highly recommend bringing one if you have younger children as their little legs will get tired. The apartment is within the Waters Edge Resort, but is separately let, so be prepared for resort reception to be a little unhelpful at times because of this. However, the Whitsunday Holiday Rentals team are very responsive if you need anything and regularly check in with you during your stay. Highly recommend.

Clean tidy and great location.
Our family had a wonderful stay close to the city Centre.
Only problems we had were there were no curtains for the main living room which made it very bright inside the unit during the day. So much so you could barely watch TV or relax on the couch.
